Babs Olugbemi, FCCA

Babs Olugbemi is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and Security and Investment Institute, UK. He is a certified life coach and a project manager.

Olugbemi is experienced in Business Banking and Consulting; Accounts and Finance; Products Development and Management; Process Improvements; Audit; Business Analysis and Negotiations as well as Employee Training and Development with two decades of experience in banks across Africa and the United Kingdom. He has influenced and championed changes in organisations by developing proteges and leaders through training, mentoring, and various self­ development articles like ‘Think like the OwnerThe Best Place to WorTransformation Leaders and Teachersamongothers.

Babs has been involved in enterprise transformation projects for companies and government entities in Nigeria and United Kingdom.

Dr Maxwell Ubah

Dr. Ubah holds the prestigious Sloan Fellowship in leadership and Strategy from the London Business School and is a member of the  Strategic  Planning Society, UK. As a certified leadership, strategy, and change management consultant, he has experience in the design and delivery of leadership, strategy, culture and change management programs for reputable organizations in Nigeria e.g. United Bank for  Africa, Forte Oil,  Zenith Bank,  Addax  Petroleum, PZ Cussons, MTN  Communications, Lafarge WAPCO, Heirs  Holdings, FBN, Fidelity Bank, Nigerian Military, CBN, and FIRS amongst others. He has also facilitated training across Africa {Ghana, Cameroun, Kenya, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal and Zambia) with a proven track record of success.

His core competencies are in leadership and people development, change management design and implementation, strategy formulation and execution, organizational culture assessment and interventions, and organizational performance optimization.

Omotola Fawunmi

A graduate of History and International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University, lle­lfe, she holds a certificate in Entrepreneurial management from Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, Ethical Human and Social Behavioral Research Investigation from MIT, Entrepreneurship Innovation and Social Change from UN Mandated University for Peace (UPEACE), Costa Rica, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Muma Business School, University of South Florida.

Muhammad Bashir lsah

Mallam Muhammad Bashir lsah is currently the Public Relations Officer at Mentoras. He completed his degree in Mass Communications in 2017 at the Prestigious Bayero University, Kano. He has since the completion of his Master’s degree and is working in the capacity of harmonizing the company’s interests and that of our clients. He hails from Kano, Nigeria.
